My first impressions of the dentist Joanne and her dental nurse Helen was very friendly, with their calming and relaxing manner they made me feel very confident and comfortable.  My next appointment with Isabel, the therapist was as equally pleasant.  If going to the dentist can be described as pleasurable then this was.

I became a patient at Hebden Bridge Dental Care practice several years ago after a bad experience with a previous dentist. From my initial consultation at the practice the treatment, care and advice given to me by David and Lorraine has been exemplary. I have found all the staff to be very professional, kind and friendly and would highly recommend this dental practice.

The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly.  Appointments are made over the phone or in person, with written and text reminders.  Check ups are methodical and thorough.  Any additional work is competitively priced and of a high standard with everything explained clearly and professionally. Covid precautions are first class as you would expect, this is on top of the high level of cleanliness. I have been a happy client for 40 years and could not have had better service or treatment.

To end my life-long terror of dentists at the age of 79 was no small achievement! I give credit to Jo and the whole team at Hebden Bridge Dental Care for ending my fear and making treatment not only possible but acceptable. From entering for my first appointment, the relaxed and friendly atmosphere put me at ease and I had great confidence in Jo as she explained fully the treatment needed as a treatment plan was drawn up. I will forever be grateful to the very approachable and empathetic team, that I was able to embark on 8 months of much needed treatment with no trepidation and excellent results.

Hebden Bridge Dental Care was recommended to me by a friend when I was seeking to find a new practice. From my first telephone contact with Helen on reception and the friendly relaxed atmosphere on arrival, followed by a appointment with Jo and her team, I was reassured that I had found the right practice.  I appreciated the time and care taken to explain the treatment needed, with a costed plan at the end of my initial consultation but also being talked through options and procedures at following appointments, it felt very much a partnership. I feel that the welfare of patients is at the heart of this very efficient and professional practice.

I was very nervous about dentists, however l needed one. My husband tried four or five other dentist before ringing Hebden Bridge Dental Care. He spoke to the receptionist, who was just so understanding and booked my appointment. When l arrived l was very nervous but from the receptionist to the dentist they were fantastic. l am no longer nervous and that is down to my fantastic dentist.

I have received dental care at Hebden Bridge Dental Care for over 30 years and would highly recommend David and his team. The staff are friendly, highly professional, and have always offered excellent quality dental care for my family and I. For as long as I can remember I have visited Hebden Bridge Dental Care. Their practice in the centre of Hebden Bridge has always been a very pleasant place to visit a couple of times each year, with ariel photos of the town on the ceiling being a nice distraction as dental things go on in your mouth! I was always looking for reasons not to have my teeth checked due to a totally unfathomable fear of all things dental. David and Jen with their friendly and welcoming approach made me face going through the practice door with far less trepidation. I now happily get my check-up every six months without looking for excuses not to bother. I believe that I was their first patient to have a crown fitted based on scanning and 3D printing technology. I’m not sure whether that makes me special, but I did feel privileged to be the first. A trip to the dentist is always easier when you can spend a few minutes talking with your dentist about the important things in life: playing in bands, guitars, drums and the usual stuff that only musicians find remotely interesting.
